The Christmas Project Planner by Kathi Lipp– New Books to Love

Kathi is an expert at decluttering and organizing, so who better to help streamline Christmas? I love Christmas but can get stressed because I want it to be so special each year. I want to create memories with those I love and celebrate the wonder of God’s gift of Jesus.

With her signature humor and simple, practical steps to get organized, I’m hoping to plan for time to celebrate the things that are truly important to me this Christmas season. One of the sections I enjoyed most in The Christmas Project Planner is how to decorate for all five senses.

Kathi suggests one or two simple things to do on the days leading up to Christmas so that we don’t have to feel behind or miss something important. She’s also offering a FB group that’s going through 21 days of helping us address one project a day from her book, so we’ll be done with many of our Christmas projects by Thanksgiving. I hope I can do this!  Click here to join the Christmas Project Planner Facebook Group.

Though I’ve downsized from the many, many boxes of Christmas decorations I used to decorate with every year, I still need a hit of Christmas music in July just to help me make it to the holiday season. (I’m the one who collected three types of music, and my Christmas music is the largest part of my collection.)

Here’s to being intentional this Christmas,
